We had an amazing time exploring the historical center of Avignon, as our hotel was located just next to the Palace of the Popes. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the palace and immerse ourselves in its rich history. The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished and had a comfortable bed, so we had a great night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we were delighted with the delicious and varied breakfast options provided.

While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, the only minor issue was the noise level in the leisure/TV room. it didn't detract from the overall luxurious experience.

We had a magical stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with our room smelling of fresh lavender and grass. The hotel facilities were exquisite, from the beautiful garden with views of a famous landmark, to the charming enclosed courtyard with twinkling chandeliers. The location was perfect, right next to the breathtaking Palace of the Popes and in the center of this charming city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, with a classic French style and quaintness that I love. the individual rooms are beautifully decorated and the public areas like the bars, restaurants, and seating areas are all top-notch. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is bang in the middle of the old town, making it super convenient to explore the local restaurants and bars. And if you're a history buff, you'll love that it's situated right next to a famous palace. Another advantage I enjoyed was sitting outside on the patio for meals during the summer months, it was such a delightful experience.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was delightful with a rooftop terrace, the restaurant was excellent, the location was perfect, the atmosphere was unique and relaxing, the interior design and furnishings were wonderful.

We had an amazing time staying in the heart of this historic city. Our hotel was perfectly located, right opposite the famous Pope's Palace. We loved walking to all the attractions and shops in the pedestrian area. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained, with a great view of the city. The service was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a good variety. We also enjoyed the charming walled-off garden for a peaceful retreat.

The dinner options were limited and we had to dine elsewhere for a more diverse menu.
